We are partnering with our Portland, OR agency client to recruit a Creative Director to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will leverage consumer brand expertise and a passion for tactical, thoughtful consumer design and storytelling to guide clients and internal teams in creating and curating cutting-edge work. While this is a senior-level opportunity to define creative direction and strategy with clients, no one in this organization is completely hands off when it comes to ideation and tactical creation. You will touch on all ends of the design process, establishing visions that guide output with client partners and internal teams, and keeping agency creatives aligned to ensure client satisfaction. You will oversee creative output on a wide variety of platforms, including print and digital design, video and ad production, OOH and more. To be a fit, you should bring in-depth experience leading creative in the agency space, with a portfolio that reflect consumer-centric brands and cutting-edge work. Your history should demonstrate 8+ years of agency experience with a history of upward growth, landing in a CD role or similar title. Experience working with Fortune 500 retail, consumer products and/or entertainment brands in required.
This is an agile agency working with Fortune 500 consumer products brands and local Pacific Northwest organizations to curate unique brand experiences. If you are a consultative creative leader with B2C expertise, this might be a match! Compensation for this role ranges widely depending on your level of relevant experience, with base salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 annually, with some potential flexibility for the right fit. This is a primarily onsite role in Portland, OR, and the team offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage, stellar 401(K) match, 18+ days of PTO and sick time (grows with tenure), frequent holidays and office closures in December and January, and other unique benefits like wellness and transit subsidies.
