Noodle Express in the Southgate Mall is hiring Shift Leads!
Our close-knit team works together to produce high quality food and service in a fast-paced environment that takes pride in its teamwork and organization. Noodle Express offers flexible schedules and a base wage of $13-17* an hour, with a recent average of an additional $6-$8/hour thanks to our generous tip pool. Our Shift Leads are exemplary in their work. In partnership with the Store Manager, you will create and sustain an environment that promotes the growth and development of all team members. Our Shift Leads actively perform tasks cooking, prepping, and cashiering to consistently meet and exceed guest expectations!

The concept behind the creation of the Noodle Express was to deliver the same great flavors of the Mustard Seed but in a fast-casual environment for everyone to enjoy. In 1992, the first Noodle Express was introduced at the Southgate Mall located in Missoula, Montana. We’ve since expanded to have locations across the inland northwest with locations across Montana, Northern Idaho, and Washington.
