What does this position do?

The Stock Lead is responsible for a clean and organized stock room while supporting the sales floor by ensuring effective replenishment practices are in place. In addition, the Stock Lead responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the team with all back-of-house related functions
  • Ensuring the product is easily located, neat, and organized at all times
  • Planning and scheduling all incoming and outbound shipments
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Adhere to all company policies, practices, and safety standards
What are the Skills and Qualifications?
  • 2+ years of retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong time management skills and detail-oriented
  • Flexibility to work both evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects of at least 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
