React Software Engineer

Role overview

We are looking for a React Software Engineer to build fast, accessible, and polished web applications for Swedish Technology products, customer portals, and operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive user interfaces using React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Translate product requirements and designs into reusable, maintainable components.
• Integrate REST APIs and backend services and handle loading, error, and empty states well.
• Improve performance, accessibility, browser compatibility, and overall user experience.
• Write practical tests, review code, investigate bugs, and contribute to a consistent frontend architecture.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, product owners, and customer-facing teams.

Requirements

• Professional experience building production applications with React.
• Strong JavaScript or TypeScript fundamentals and working knowledge of modern CSS.
• Experience with component design, state management, API integration, Git, and frontend testing.
• Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web performance.
• Clear communication and a habit of delivering small, well-tested improvements.
