MOWQIE · Real-Time Location

Know where an asset is, not where it was last logged.

GPS, RFID, BLE and UWB on one geofenced map — vehicles, containers, high-value inventory and field teams tracked live, indoors and out, and pushed into the systems your operations already run on.

MOWQIE – Real-Time Location & Tracking

MOWQIE gives operations leaders live visibility over every asset that matters — vehicles, containers, high-value inventory, field teams and cargo — on one geofenced map. It combines GPS, RFID, BLE and UWB into a single Real-Time Location System tuned for UAE logistics, government, oil & gas and enterprise fleets.

Built to integrate with your ERP, TMS and CCTV stack, MOWQIE moves tracking from spreadsheets and static reports to a live operational picture.

Platform Capabilities

Live GPS Tracking

Sub-minute refresh on vehicles, containers and mobile assets across UAE and GCC routes.

RFID & BLE & UWB

Indoor RTLS for warehouses, hospitals and facilities where GPS cannot reach.

Geofencing & Alerts

Draw zones, set dwell rules, trigger alerts on entry, exit, speed, or unauthorised moves.

Movement Analytics

Heatmaps, idle time, utilisation and route efficiency dashboards for operations managers.

Fleet & Cold Chain

Temperature-monitored cargo, driver behaviour, trip replay and compliance reports.

Asset & Inventory

High-value equipment, returnable assets, IT hardware — never lose a tagged item again.

ERP / TMS Integration

Native connectors for Oracle, SAP, Odoo and custom APIs. Feed location data where it is needed.

Incident & SLA

SLA-timer alerts, shrinkage alarms and automated workflows for exception handling.

Litum RTLS Supply, Deployment and Support in the UAE

Swedish Technology delivers Litum RTLS projects in the UAE. Litum is a real-time location systems (RTLS) provider founded in 2004 and deployed in more than 55 countries. We supply, deploy, integrate and support the full Litum RTLS range across the UAE and wider GCC — from site survey and RF planning through to ERP and safety-system integration, commissioning and ongoing local support.

Industrial & logistics RTLS

  • Asset tracking — Live location and utilisation for tools, containers, trolleys and high-value equipment across plants, yards and warehouses.
  • Connected worker — Workforce location tied into safety and access rules, so supervisors can see who is where in real time.
  • Collision avoidance — Forklift and vehicle proximity warning, alerting drivers and pedestrians before an incident happens.
  • Forklift tracking — Fleet utilisation, idle time and route history for materials-handling equipment.
  • Worker safety — Lone-worker monitoring, fall detection and duress alerting with escalation to a control room.
  • Emergency mustering — Automated evacuation headcount, replacing manual roll-call at assembly points.
  • Yard management — Trailer, truck and yard-move visibility to cut waiting time at gates and docks.
  • Process tracking — Work-in-progress visibility on the production floor, station by station.

Healthcare & senior-care RTLS

  • Infant protection — Tamper-detecting tags on maternity and paediatric wards with door and lift interlocks.
  • Staff duress — Wearable panic alerting that pinpoints the room, not just the building.
  • Patient flow — Waiting-time and bottleneck visibility across the care pathway.
  • Medical asset tracking — Pumps, beds and mobile diagnostics located on demand, reducing search time and rental spend.
  • Staff workflow — Movement and dwell analytics used to rebalance staffing and layout.
  • Wander management — Perimeter and exit monitoring for residents at risk of wandering.
  • Senior-living safety — Resident call, fall and location monitoring in assisted-living environments.

RTLS questions we are asked most

What is RTLS and how is it different from RFID?

RFID identifies a tag when it passes a reader — you learn that an item was at a door at a point in time. RTLS reports position continuously, so you can see where an asset is now, how long it has been there and how it moved. Many sites run both: RFID at choke points, RTLS where live position matters.

UWB or BLE — which should we choose?

UWB gives sub-metre accuracy and is the right choice where you need to know which bay, bed or machine an item is at. BLE is cheaper per tag and per anchor and suits room- or zone-level tracking across large areas. Most real deployments mix the two by area rather than picking one for the whole site.

How accurate is UWB in a real building?

Sub-metre is achievable with adequate anchor density and line of sight. Accuracy degrades around dense metal racking, liquids, lift shafts and fire doors, which is why a site survey matters more than the datasheet figure.

Do we need to cover the whole facility on day one?

No. The usual path is a proof of concept in one zone with a defined success measure, then expansion. It keeps the first invoice small and surfaces RF problems while they are cheap to fix.

Can RTLS data reach our ERP or maintenance system?

Yes. Location events are normally filtered into business events — issued, returned, moved, dwelling too long — and posted to SAP, Oracle, Odoo or IBM Maximo. Sending raw position data into an ERP is what makes these projects fail.

How long does a deployment take?

A single-zone proof of concept is typically weeks. A full site depends far more on cabling, power at anchor positions and change management than on the software.

Is Swedish Technology able to support Litum systems locally in the UAE?

Yes. We handle survey, supply, commissioning, integration and ongoing support in the UAE and wider GCC, rather than referring you back to the vendor abroad.
