AI Engineer

Role overview

We are seeking an AI Engineer to build production-ready machine-learning capabilities that improve operational visibility, automation, and decision-making across Swedish Technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy machine-learning models for real business workflows.
• Build dependable data pipelines, feature processing, model services, and evaluation tools.
• Work with product and engineering teams to turn business requirements into measurable AI solutions.
• Develop and document APIs, experiments, monitoring, and repeatable deployment processes.
• Investigate model quality, bias, drift, latency, and cost, and improve systems based on evidence.
• Support responsible use of data, privacy-aware design, and secure software practices.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in computer science, AI, data science, mathematics, or engineering.
• Professional experience building machine-learning or intelligent software systems.
• Strong Python skills and practical experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or comparable tools.
• Understanding of data modeling, evaluation metrics, REST services, Docker, Git, and cloud or Linux environments.
• Ability to explain technical results clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
