In the proposed design, licensed security companies would prepare CCTV, access-control, alarm and HVM layouts in one place, run automated checks against SIRA requirements and fix issues before submitting through SIRA’s own process — with AI coverage analysis, rule checks and a full audit trail. BASIRA is a proposal: it is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by SIRA, and it does not issue approvals.
